Meet the Team

Gavin joined the Easylife Kitchens group in 2004, and together with his brother opened the award winning Easylife Kitchen Faerie Glen in 2010.

Mark is one of the franchisees at the awarding winning Easylife Kitchens Faerie Glen. He joined the Easylife Kitchens group in 2005, and joined his brother is opening the Faerie Glen showroom in 2010.

Bronwen is the sales manager at Easylife Kitchens Faerie Glen. She joined Easylife Kitchens in 2006, joined the Faerie Glen team in 2010, and has been part of the Top Performer’s Club 10 times!

Kirsten joined Easylife Kitchens in 2005, joined the Faerie Glen team in 2010 and currently takes on the role of office manager. She achieved Top Performers status 11 times.

Alissa Fourie joined Easylife Kitchens Faerie Glen in 2024, bringing her passion for creating stunning, functional spaces. She holds a Bachelor of Design specialising in Interior Design from Inscape Education Group, graduating in 2020. Previously, she worked as a draughtswoman for an architecture firm and as a freelance interior designer. Alissa’s favourite styles include mid-century modern, farmhouse, and minimalistic. In her free time, she enjoys DIY projects, mountain biking, walking her dog Fifi, and photography. Her hands-on approach and creative vision make her a valuable part of the Easylife Kitchens Faerie Glen team.

Chantel has always been in the kitchen design industry and worked at previous kitchen design companies before joining the Easylife Kitchens Faerie Glen family in 2015! With a background in BA Interior Design, Chantel enjoys designing a variety of different kitchen styles. When she is not creating dream kitchens, she can be found enjoying bush safaris!

Nicky comes from a design background. From studying Software Designer Programming to working in factory, she knows what it takes to create a functional kitchen design. Nicky is head-strong, dedicated, and incredibly self-motivated. She thoroughly enjoys designing Modern Rustic kitchens, and is often found spending time with her family or experiencing outdoor activities in her free time.

Melida joined the Easylife Kitchens Family in 2023 and comes from a background of almost 10 years in Design and Project Management. She has worked closely with Interior Designers & Architects. Before her professional career started, she studied Interior Design at the Design School of Southern Africa as well as Project Management at Intec College. Melinda loves designing modern industrial kitchens, where she can combine steel work and custom joinery. When Melinda isn’t designing dream kitchens, she can be found building puzzles and watching movies with her kids.

Mari-Louise has been in the kitchen and home design industry since 2019. Prior to joining the Easylife Kitchens Faerie Glen team, she worked as an interior designer at a high-end furniture store. Mari-Louise is obsessed with her two dogs and enjoys reading random facts about other things that might seem useless to others! When she isn’t designing the perfect Contemporary Kitchen, she’s winning at 30 Seconds!

Jodie started her Easylife Kitchens journey in early 2021 as a design consultant after studying architecture at the Tshwane University of Technology. Her past experiences working at various architectural firms working on residential and hospital projects, giving her a keen eye for details and practical design. Jodie’s adaptable workflow and style allow for interesting solutions so she can work with various design styles, however she has a particular fondness for industrial, rustic and contemporary designs. When she is not designing, she likes to spend her time gaming, crafting and researching various topics for fun. She will go above and beyond for her clients to make sure they are happy with their projects and overall experience.

Sandra comes from the adventurous background of working on cruise ships and superyachts, but her true passion has always been in kitchen design. She is currently upskilling herself and studying Interior Design. Sandra loves to combine colours and textures to create the perfect kitchen for her clients. She enjoys hiking, dogs and loves nature!

Barbara joined the Easylife Kitchens team in 2016 before moving over to the Faerie Glen family in 2022, however, she has been designing kitchens since 2006! Barbara holds a Diploma in Project Management and is currently undergoing her studies in Interior Design. She thoroughly enjoys designing modern and contemporary kitchens but can bring any vision to life. When Barbara isn’t designing dream kitchens, she can be found watching movies or playing Playstation with her son.

Kyle is our appliance sales specialist and joined the team in 2018.

Cynthia is our bubbly receptionist who has been welcoming clients into the showroom since the store opened in 2010.

Mike is our showroom assistant and has been part of the team since 2013. Don’t miss his signature cappuccino and Saturday mornings freshly baked muffins.

Charles is the Warehouse Manager and joined our team in 2012.

Gift is our driver that ensure all your ELK goods arrive on time. He has been part of our team since 2011.
